Soluția de citrat de sodiu este adăugată în tubul de colectare a sângelui pentru anticoagulare, iar raportul dintre anticoagulant și sânge este de 1: 4. Pentru determinarea vitezei de sedimentare a eritrocitelor.Tubul de 13x75 mm este utilizat special pentru colectarea probelor de sânge și anticoagularea în testul de sedimentare Westergren.Tubul de 8x120 mm poate fi utilizat cu rack ESR sau cu sedimentare automată a sângelui
instrument.
